What can be done?

What can be done now to stop Israel's war? Trump had expanded it to Iran by attacking Iran for no reason, killing the Ayatolla. Now when the whole Middle East is ablaze, Donald Trump has suddenly become more preoccupied with his personal reputation and the $5 million lawsuit that E Jean Carroll has won against him for having raped and then defamed her. He already has paid Carroll the $5 million but is appealing to the US Supreme Court, trying to claw it back.

Donald Trump is an 80-year-old with the attention span of a 2-year-old. He can do a lot of damage to our nation and to the whole world in just the next year and half still left in his term. And then will he retire or actually finagle a way to keep on wreaking havoc? Donald Trump's father, Fred Trump, was 93 when he died. Son Donald is now only 80. A few world leaders have done outsized damage to humankind: Stalin, Hitler, Mao--so now Donald Trump may even join their ranks. Yes, he will certainly be remembered. but not in the way he actually would hope.

Former ambassador Herzog warns Israel’s influence in Washington has diminished sharply under TrumpThe Jerusalem Post - Israel News

"I feel... that the level of intimacy in the relationship has been damaged. Israel’s influence on decision-making in the US has diminished greatly," former ambassador to the US Mike Herzog said.

If Israel's influence is actually diminishing, that might be a good thing.

The Hill, Lindsey’s Lens: Israel spends millions in reputation cleanup campaign

Yes, and we know that much of those same millions are coming right from us as US taxpayers. So we are actually paying for the effort to influence ourselves, the American electorate, to keep all those dollars flowing to Israel. Do we really want to keep on doing that?  Let's consider cutting back on Israel  now and giving a little more help to Palestinians, and maybe even to Iran to help recovery from the war damage we have inflicted there.  The US helped Japan after World War II which turned out to be a good investment.  Alliances can and do change.

That seems like a really terrible idea. We need to completely uncouple our country from Israel, which has already gotten us into an unnecessary, painful, and very destructive war. Nor is Israel any safer as a result.
JD Vance may actually have the right idea about making a deal, but is anyone even listening to him? Nor am I quite sure what sort of deal he is talking about. A deal with Israel? Or actually, it seems, a deal with Iran?  Assuming it's deal with Iran, Vance argues that the U.S. wins either way: a successful deal stops Iran's nuclear ambitions, while a failed deal leaves Iran structurally and militarily degraded without requiring permanent U.S. ground wars.
But we really need some Democratic voices in here as well, as none are now being heard. The Democraic Party really needs some new ideas and new blood!  Where are the Democrats these days?  Aren't more Americans Democrats than Republicans?

Meanwhile, France and Spain are now burning, but our country under Trump is not offering any help.

Despite forest fires, excessively hot summers, and tall fences designed to keep them all out, migrants to Europe, like those to the US, are still trying desperately to get in.

Thousands of migrants have surged into Spain.

What do migrants hope to find in Europe or even beyond our own southern border wall?  Alas, a life of ease and plenty does not actually await them right on the other side.

Thomas Mathus warned of overpopulation, but now women have discovered how to enjoy sex and male companionship without havine so many, or even any, babies. So now the world faces a slowing and
aging population which is not necessarily a better place to be.

Across the world, fertility rates—the number of births per woman during her reproductive lifetime—are declining faster than predicted, with radical implications. A 2020 study forecasts the global population in 2100 will be 2 billion less than previously projected. The implications of a rapidly aging and decelerating population are wide-ranging, affecting workforces, family structures, infrastructure, and social care provision, as well as international economic migration and geopolitics.

The  time may come when
so  many migrants won't be trying to invade Europ and the US

Cannot correct sentence just above.

NY Times, Hegseth Wants a ‘High-T’ Military. Could That Pose Risks to Soldiers, or Society?

The proposed policy raises questions about testosterone’s effect on aggression in some men. And what about female military members? Do they need supplemental testosterone? Their levels are going to be low. Are women soldiers going to grow beards along with bigger muscles?

If the US military will be providing testosterone supplements to "low T" soldiers, we do need to find out if Hegseth has any drug company investments involved.  (Does Hegseth take supplemntal testostrone himself--if so, that may help explain his aggressive policies.) We also need to find out if such a policy might have any harmful effects. Testosteone might embolden some miltary members to take unncessary risks and prolong wars. Wars have been fought without extra testosterone for millenia. Instead, let's try to resolve issues without military intervention and warfare. (Maybe just give everyone female hormones instead? See how ridiculous all this is getting?)

The sooner we can get rid of Donald Trump, Pete Hegseth, and that whole idiotic cabal, the better! I still hope to live to see the day!
