A female wolf lives in the forest with her cubs, feeding and protecting them, but she can become quite fierce if they appear threatened.
From domesticated wolves, came pet dogs now bonding with humans and defending us daily. Our dog Willow is ready to attack anyone she considers is threatening us. So we often have to calm her down and reassure her when someone new comes into the house, as happened recently when Teisha brought me home after our recent visit to Florida.

Increasingly, Israel has been accused of committing human rights abuses, no longer being considered the victim but the perpetrator in the war that has engulfed the region. Trump has been slavishly following Netanyahu's directions without any questions asked. A very gullible Donald Trump attacked Iran in secret without provocation, as was urged by Netanyahu in order to delay his own corruption trial, thus keeping him in office indefinitely.

The term "86" is commonly used as slang meaning to remove, reject, or get rid of something. The number "47" is often used as a reference to President Donald Trump, the 47th president of the United States.
Manyy of us would certainly like to get rid of Trump, but only by peaceful means.

Palestinian doctor Hussam Abu Safiya appears at Israeli Supreme Court hearing
His case was mentioned on the recent blog posting entitled What's in a word? Here he was before his arrest by Israeli authorities.
Recently the doctor appeared very emaciated at an Iraeli court hearing. He is now being held in solitary confinement. His case has been taken up by Amnesty International, which has just issued this message:
Dr. Abu Safiya has been moved to solitary confinement. "Israel transfers Gaza doctor to solitary confinement: Israeli authorities transferred detained Gaza doctor Hussam Abu Safiya to solitary confinement at Nafha Prison on June 3 following his legal team’s challenge to an extension of his detention, with his lawyer describing the move as punitive and saying it has left Abu Safiya without necessary medical treatment.
